Mocktail / Cocktail Idea:

Ginsing Mezcal

Ingredients

  • 150ml Boo Chi – Korean Ginseng to Boost
  • 50ml Mezcal (any brand)
  • 1 grapefruit and lime juice
  • ½ tsp honey or agave (any brand)
  • Coarse Salt
  • Lime to garnish

Method

  1. First squeeze both the grapefruit and lime juice into a shaker and mix together, then add the mezcal and honey or agave, add one ice cube and shake until cold.
  2. Rim the glass with salt and add one ice cube to the glass (this isn’t necessary if you don’t want to pour over ice)
  3. Pour in the mescal and top up with Korean ginseng kombucha
  4. Garnish with any herbs and a lime slice

For a non alc alternative remove all suggested alcohol.
